Pacquiao-Mosley Fight Live on CBS over at Showtime Cable Network

The much awaited fight of the year is happening on May 7, 9ET/6PT. Top Rank promoter Bob Arum had the idea of exploring the potential 116 million subscribers of CBS and that being said with CBS' relationship with premium cable network Showtime, he worked on the partnership. With HBO it would only reach 30 million homes, thus the decision to transfer network.

This sudden move may have shocked some of the biggest boxing fans in the country. HBO's pay-per-view had always been the home for big boxing events. The network television switch could be a hit or miss so they had to make sure it has to be somewhat revolutionary, and so Showtime had to come up with something that will keep the path of the viewers from the first day until the game night. Showtime came up with some solutions.

Watch the fight on Pay-Per-View live from MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The event kicks-off with Showtime's special documentary "Fight Camp 360: Pacquiao vs. Mosley just hours before the fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. This final installment of series of episodes will feature the life of Manny Pacquiao as a congressman in the Philippines and Mosley's high-altitude training camp in Big Bear California.

And after this feature happens, the main event. Somehow to some sports analyst this game could be a one-sided game saying that Mosley may just be too slow for the pound for pound king. But I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Want To Build Muscles Fast? Try Boxing!

There are tens of thousands ways to build muscle that are available in the market. Any men would love to have hard muscles in the legs, back and arms. Although it varies for every men or women some programs are just not effective enough. Some have a hard time achieving it that they result to taking harmful weight training supplements and drugs as muscle builder.

Right now let me tell you about this one techique that has been around for hundreds of years but taken only lightly just as a form of sports. This underground method is called "boxing fitness". Manny Pacquiao maybe the most perfect example of this fit and healthy body.

The first building muscle tip and reason why boxing fitness is #1 for body building has to do with high intensity training phases. Muscle grows insanely during rest after high intensity exercise. Ever wonder why nearly all boxers are muscular? They fight in rounds, they train in rounds. They rest during rounds. Everything is in rounds.

An effective boxing fitness weight training technique is the 5-5 triset deadlift-squat-lunge. Do 5 reps for each exercise (deadlift-squat-lunge) back-to-back... So a total of 15 reps make up 1 triset. Do 5 sets. Between sets be sure to rest 2 minutes. This way, you can be training at 100%... Absolutely necessary for stimulating muscle growth.

The second tip is to follow the routine. Boxing fitness exercises and workouts are really intense. They keep pushing the envelope. Especially if you're starting out. You'll notice after 1 month of boxing fitness, you'll intake more air... which means more oxygen to your muscles. Higher oxygen intake helps muscles to grow. Boxing fitness will also leave your muscles burning... Constructive for growth.

If you're boxing for fitness or waiting to get started, I'm sure you've done some research on what boxers eat. Here's what you need to know: increase your fat and protein intake. Yes, fat too... but natural fats like that from salmon. Boxing fitness exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, caveman training, and heavy bag workouts tear our muscles. Protein and fat are used to help repair and replace these muscles torn parts. The surefire way to bulk up quickly.

The final tip for why you should use boxing fitness for body building is... Guess? No, I'm not asking you to guess, I mean getting your body to guess. Research has shown that body building if most effective when you keep your muscles 'guessing'... The human body becomes complacent and you don't want or need that. The underlying science is that our bodies work in a kinetic chain. Boxing fitness exercises are whole-body... And they train your body to work in a chain fashion, rather than isolation... Meaning more effective body building results. A heavy bag workout is amazing because you can throw different punches, kicks, knees and even grapple the bag. This targets upper body, core and legs.
